On December 18, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued the Notice on the Promulgation of the List of the Fourth Batch of National Tourism Standardization Model Units (hereinafter referred to as the Notice). It is learned that 28 pilot units, including Qinhuangdao city in Hebei Province, have met the working standards and pilot targets, and have been designated as the fourth batch of national tourism standardization demonstration units.

Since the launch of the fourth batch of national tourism standardization pilot demonstration work, the pilot units have attached great importance to, vigorously implemented, had the courage to innovate, and actively promoted the standardization construction, playing an obvious role in leading the development of the industry, optimizing the tourism environment, improving tourism management level and service quality, the circular said. After on-site acceptance and evaluation, 28 pilot units including Qinhuangdao city of Hebei Province have reached the working standards and pilot targets, and are now determined as the fourth batch of national tourism standardization demonstration units.
